Filozofsko savetovanje nije psihoterapija. Ono se ne zasniva na dijagnozama, i nije namenjeno ljudima koji boluju od psiholoških poremećaja. Njegova svrha nije da se bavi našim reakcijama na probleme, da te reakcije definiše kao patologiju

Soft Skills for Companies (Package 4): Dilemma Training

Who this type of training is for

Dilemma Training is a method of problem-solving which, through this training package, is intended for professional managers or as a form of leadership-enhancement for the employees selected by the company. Dilemma training will advance the participants’ skills in conflict-resolution, recruitment, problem definition in the general managerial area, setting of decision-making procedures in place and monitoring and assessment of decision-making at various levels of management.

Principles of Dilemma Training

Dilemma Training is the most complex and most influential modern method of corporate decision-making and conflict-resolution. It is the official method used for the monitoring of decision-making in large international organizations such as the UN cluster of organizations, the European Commission and in many global companies such as  CNN, BBC, Google, Facebook, and many others. Dilemma Training is a recognized European standard for corporate management and human resource operations.

Dilemma Training’s founder was Henk van Lujk, one of the most influential Nordic corporate consultants, and the method emerged in the form of a 7-step phases of problem solving. Each phase is available in different versions, depending on the type of organization and type of problem addressed. In addition, each version of each phase of problem solving allows different formulations of the same problem and allows the following of each formulation to its potential solutions, thus illustrating to the participants how various formulations of any corporate issue lead to different outcomes for the company by the use of the same 7 problem solving steps. The method trains the participants in the exact formulation of the problem and each of the problem solving decisions, thus maximizing the effectiveness and resource-efficiency of the problems solving process as a whole. The training is relatively complex and ranges in format from two to four days, however the greatest advantage of this type of methodology is that it equips all the participants not only to implement the method, but also to train others in their organization.

Upon completion of the training the participants will be certified for corporate consultancy in Dilemma Training for 2 years.

Results of the training

The participants will be able to use Dilemma Training to establish corporate mechanisms to solve conflicts, advance HR practice and enhance corporate decision-making on various levels of the organization.

 The number of participants

The method is taught to participants divided into 3-8 groups, each consisting of at least 4 participants. This means that the minimum group size is 12, while the maximum size to allow for adequate interaction is 36 participants.

Training materials

Work material is provided to all participants. The texts are the intellectual property of SPPA. They allow the participants the easy following and use of the method in their everyday work after the completion of the training.

Post-training support

SPPA educations will be available to clients for 12 months after the completion of the training for any advice and assistance in the implementation of the method to the specific tasks the company faces.
